Here is my take on this. While it is great to have an oxygen cylinder so handy, I don’t think you should use oxygen cylinder unless in dire need. While climbing and out of breath it is very useful and even necessary in case of mountain sickness. Getting used to oxygen for everything may not be a good idea. While the world is polluted we have to get our lungs used to it.
