I have never heard of biotin before, but my hair needs some nutrients so I will definitely check this out.
I love the look of these products and I recently got some Sugar Bears which are supposed to be a great Biotin product too. I have not started them but will!
I've always been quite lucky as my hair grows pretty quickly. But my mum suffers from lack of growth so I'll have to see if she's tried any of these supplement options x
