Hello all lovelies.. Today I am gonna review one of my favorite Matte Lipsticks from the brand Nyx. You must be aware by now that I am matte lipstick lover. I don’t leave trying matte lipsticks from different brands. I have already reviewed Nyx Full Throttle Lipstick Locked

Experience using Nyx Full Throttle Lipstick in Jolt
It comes in a black matte sleek tube with the shade seen on the top of the cap. I literally struggle sometimes opening the cap because once I pulled quite fast and the lipstick lid came out and it broke half of it. So have to be little careful in opening the lipstick. It very light weight and easy to carry.
I didn’t like the shape of the inside part of lipstick actually it’s of no use. The size of the lipstick is quite sleek.
It has mild fragrance which goes off after few seconds.
Texture of the lipstick is thick and it is proper matte lipstick. It’s glide smoothly without any effort. It gives the exact shade and coverage in 2 to 3 swipes. Pigmentation is beautiful. It is highly pigmented.

I didn’t feel anything on my lips after application so its light weight. It did transfer a bit when I have water to drink. The claim regarding water proof didn’t work for me at least. It did transfer a bit.
Staying power is good. It stayed almost 5 hours with minimal transfer.
Shade Jolt is beautiful orange shade. It has coral undertone. It brightens the face after application on lips. This apples super smooth. This shade will look pretty on fair to medium skin tone.
It’s a wearable orange shade.
Don’t forget to apply some lip balm before applying this. And of course for matte lipstick we should always exfoliate the lips. This shade will flatter all skin tones.

Recommendation-
Definitely I will recommend this range of lipstick from Nyx. It is a beautiful matte lipstick. They have beautiful shades to select from. All Indian skin tone people can get their perfect shade in this range. It’s quite sleek and easy to travel with. The shade is highly pigmented and stays for 5 to 6 hours without fading or smudging much. Overall a great deal for RS 600.

I have heard the word full throttle in the automobile industry. It is amusing that they have started using it in making lipsticks. Anyways I am sharing this one with my wife and see if she likes it or not.

It is a beautiful shade for every day usage. The fact that it has minimal transfer makes it perfect.
Thanks for this review. I liked the shade jolt. A matte lipstick leaves my lips dry and I apply lip balm usually before using matte shades, but I will try and exfoliate lips as well.
The Nyx Full Throttle Lipstick sounds really good, the shade is perfect and also it is travel friendly, looks like value for money.
This summer I am all into coral shades though I haven’t have any nyx lipstick would love to invest in it

I absolutely LOVE orange lipstick! If you’ve not tried it yet Mac’s LadyDanger is amazing, a true matt lipstick that stays on forever and has a lovely orange/red hue!

So I am not going to lie, I know nothing about make up and nothing about lipstick but what I visually see as a man! With that said, I love the pop of color that NYX Full Throttle Lipstick give you and your skin tones. I wonder if it would look good on a fairer skinned woman like my wife?
